Who we are
HourTrail makes a time-tracking app for crews who work on site. In this notice, "we" means HourTrail and "you" means anyone who visits hourtrail.com or joins the waitlist.
What we collect
Your work email, the date you joined and your spot number. Whether you chose to get product updates. Basic technical data your browser sends, such as device type and approximate location by country, to keep the site secure. We do not collect punches, pay or location data from the app on this site.
How we use it
To confirm your email and hold your spot. To send launch news, only if you asked for updates. To prevent abuse and fix problems on the site. We do not use your data to train AI models or build ad profiles.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches and for 24 months after, so we can honor founding-member pricing. If you leave the waitlist, we delete your email within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any message. We answer every request within 30 days and will never treat you differently for asking.
California residents
Under the CCPA you have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of. You can use an authorized agent to make a request.
Children
HourTrail is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data, we will update the date at the top and email you before the change takes effect.
